環境 Environment
のびのびと自由闊達に活動して育まれる心身は、人格形成において非常に重要です。プロのスタッフが怪我や病気にも細心の配慮をもった安全な環境の中で、お子様をお預かりします。また、単にお預かりするだけではなく、五感を発達させるための様々なカリキュラムをそなえたプログラムで日々の保育と教育を行っています。Having a body and mind grow openly and naturally is very important for the fundamentals of character formation. We, professionals of childcare, look after the children in a safe environment whilst paying close attention to each child. We also provide a curriculum with various different lessons and activities everyday to develop their 5 senses.
信頼 Trust
幼児期は、五感（視覚・聴覚・嗅覚・味覚・感覚）を使って色々なことを学んでいきます。子どもにとって、親・先生・場所（園）との信頼関係が築かれることによって心が安定し、安心して様々な活動に向かう事ができます。園でのお子様の様子をご覧いただき、私達の働きかけや考えについても共有させていただく機会として、定期的な面談や参観週間、イベント参加などの機会を設けています。Children of these ages are learning things with their 5 senses. A good relationship between the parents, school teachers, and place(school) makes children feel ease and stability of mind, so that they can freely explore a new world whilst fully utilizing their 5 senses. There are parents/teacher meetings and open school weeks scheduled through the year, and events for parents to be able to see how their children are at school.
発達 Development
同じ年齢でもそれぞれ発達の具合は違い、好きな事や得意なことも違います。経験豊かなスタッフが個々の発達段階にあわせた働きかけをし、それぞれの能力を引き出すことで子ども達が自分に自信を持つことができます。 East child has different developmental conditions even for the same age group and they also have their own strengths and weaknesses. We work on each child's developmental conditions and try to bring out their abilities to grow their self-esteem.
言語（異文化理解）Language(Understanding of different cultures)
世界で通用する人間とは、モラル、マナー、アイデンティティをしっかりと持つ人間であることが大切です。自分の国・文化・環境をよく理解することで、自らのアイデンティティは確立されます。すると、様々な”違い”の中においても自分の考えをしっかりと持つことができ、同時に相手の文化・考えを尊重することができる人間へと成長します。それこそが世界で通用する真の国際人であると考えます。英語という言語を通して気づく”違い”に対して幼児期から触れることで、将来出会う多くの違いに対して壁を持たず、積極的に歩みよることができることでしょう。日本語／英語に偏りを持たせないことで、家庭と同じような環境の中で子ども達は安心して英語とその文化を吸収することができます。また人間形成に最も影響を与える幼児期をお預かりする立場として、躾もとても大切だと考えます。保育と教育をバランスよく行うバイリンガル保育園として、将来を担う子ども達をお預かりしております。 To be a truly global person, it is very important to have morals, manners, and an identity. The first step to building an identity is to understand personality stem from cultures and life experiences. Having an identity helps children to be aware of their own thoughts and at the same time respect other people's cultures and views. We believe that children will become able to take a step towards accepting people"different from me" without barriers by exposing "differences" through learning English in early childhood. Also we are responsible for the fundamentals of child development. We provide a balanced disciplined communal life and education.
社会（コミュニケーション） Social(Communication)
子ども達が問題に遭遇した時「まぜそうなったか」「どうしたらいいか」を、子ども自身で「気づき・考える」力を育み、他者に自分の気持ちを伝えることや相手の気持ちを分ってあげられる心を持てるよう、ごっご遊びやドラマ（想像遊び）やお話し、異文化体験などにふれながらコミュニケーション能力を高め、生きる力を育みます。Children play drama(imaginary play), read books, have multicultural experiences, and more to give them opportunities to develop skills and think about other people's feelings as well as to express their own feelings appropriately. We encourage the children
think about "cause and effect" and "solutions"when they face issues in their lives. These experiences develop their social/communicative skills which form the basis of their life skills.
